The demand for emergency assistance cars in the regions is high. In many district hospitals ambulance cars have long worked their resource. Of course, they need to be purchased, but this requires funds that the state will not be able to allocate.

This is the problem until recently in Khmilnitska Central District Hospital of Vinnytsia region. Of the 12 "ambulance", which is on the balance of institutions, half of the transport goes to the calls. "New" are calls cars, which are more than 18 years old. They often fail, even when they do not reach their destination. Knowing the needs of the hospital, the charitable organization "The Charity Fund of Pan Femili" of the family Oleksandr Panna transferred to its balance a modern car of primary medical and sanitary aid. 

Reanimation Volkswagen Transporter class "B" is equipped with the appropriate medical equipment for immediate assistance: Mobilization tires, tonometer, cardiotMonitor, artificial lung ventilation device, defibrillator. But the main thing is that it has a specially equipped ramp with a roll for people with disabilities or patients who cannot move independently, as well as scoop stretcher for serious patients. 

Auto is equipped with air-conditioning system, which allows the cottage to feel comfortable at any ambient temperature. Can be used for long-distance transportation. Vasyl Zaletsky, the director of MnCE Khmilnytska CDH (municipal non-commercial enterprise Khmilnitska Central District Hospital), calls the car a reanimation on wheels. If such a fast is stuck on the road, modern equipment will help to maintain the patient's life for a long time. 

"One of the programs of the Pan Family Fund is free assistance to medical and educational institutions. Previously, the city hospital did not have modern transport, which would allow the patient to transport quickly and professionally from Khmilnytskyi district to the regional hospital or the capital. That's why it was decided to give the car to this hospital," commented Liliya Pan the transfer of the primary health care machine. 

According to Vasyl Zaletsky, the ambulance will facilitate the work of medical personnel and will save many lives. Thanks to him, medical assistance will become more efficient and qualitative. 

To date, Khmilnytska central district hospital is one of the top ten hospitals in the region. The modern emergency medical care department has recently been opened here. Now in the hospital is carried out overhaul of the intensive care unit.
