The charity fund Pan Fund, with the support of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in the Vinnytsia region, Ihor Skoromnyi, as well as our friends and partners Advantage 7, Kapelāns Elmārs Pļaviņš, Laura Skrodele and her charity fund Uzneųmi Mieram, purchased and handed over to the special officers of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine:
